The Conscious Living Course

Less Noise.
More Presence.

What if you didn’t have to fight your thoughts anymore - or work so hard to keep it all together?
What if the calm you’ve been chasing was already here, quietly waiting beneath the noise?

You Look Strong, But Inside It Feels Different

You have a life that looks good from the outside. Education, career, maybe a family. You manage what is expected of you - and you hold everything together.

But inside, there's another reality.
Self-doubt that never quite lets go.
Comparisons that make you question yourself.
A feeling that something is missing, even when everything should feel good.

You hide it well. You've learned to play the game, to look okay for others. But it’s exhausting to always have to keep up appearances. No one would guess how hard it is to keep that mask in place.

And even when you tell yourself to think differently, the same thoughts keep circling back - but louder, tighter and even more convincing.

You don't identify as someone with "mental health problems" but you feel restless, anxious, dissatisfied. Perhaps you've been called highly sensitive.
You take things personally - and you overthink more or less...everything.

And despite all the courses, all the books, all the attempts to get better - that feeling of something missing never really goes away.

The 3 a.m. Worry

When the world is quiet, your mind isn’t.
Thoughts keep circling - replaying, predicting, questioning. You tell yourself to sleep, but the noise has other plans.

The Calm Facade

You smile, nod, keep things running.
On the surface, it looks effortless. Inside, it’s a balancing act no one can see.

The Comparison Trap

You know better - yet your scrolling, the meeting, your friend’s success stirs that well-known ache of “never enough.” No matter how much you achieve, it just never fully settles.

The Uncertain Future

Even on good days, there’s an undercurrent -
a subtle tension about what’s next, as if happiness depends on everything going 'right'.

What if the problem isn't you?

What if what you're looking for isn't more coping strategies.
What if it's not more tools to manage anxiety, doubt, worry.
But the freedom from having to manage them at all?

What if that quiet feeling of “something missing” comes from beliefs you never actually chose by yourself - but are ideas about who you should be, passed down and picked up along the way?

What if everything you've struggled against; self-doubt, worry, the feeling of not being enough doesn't come from something being wrong with you, but from something so much simpler?

And what if, when you begin to see it - not just understand it, but truly see it -
then life starts to shift all by itself? Effortlessly.

You've probably done so many courses...

How Could This One Possibly Be Different?

You’re not adding more - you’re taking away.

Most courses give you tools, models, and techniques to improve yourself.
This course shows you what happens when you stop trying to fix what was never broken.

It’s not self-improvement - it’s self-seeing. Instead of layering new habits on top of old conditioning, you begin to see the dynamics themselves - and that’s where effort finally drops.

You’re not being given answers - you’re discovering your own authority.

Most programs still position the teacher as the expert.
In this space, you become the authority on your own experience.

There’s no belief system to adopt.
No mindset to maintain.
You’re guided back to the quiet intelligence that has always been here
- beneath the noise of borrowed truths. This isn’t about following - it’s about remembering.

You’re not learning theories about the brain - you’re seeing how experience actually works.

Other courses teach about hormones, nervous systems, and the latest neuroscience. This one points to something far simpler - and infinitely closer.

This is not about chemicals or circuits. This is about seeing, directly, how thought creates experience - moment to moment.

Direct Experience,
Not Theory

Transformation doesn’t come from learning about reality -
but from seeing it directly.

You won’t leave with theories to explain your mind. You’ll leave with a felt understanding of what thought is, how conditioning works,
and what remains when the idea of a separate self grows quiet.

The shift isn’t conceptual - it’s experiential.
It’s the difference between reading about water - and feeling it on your skin.

Four Weeks - Four Areas

The Conscious Living Program is a 4-week deep dive course that explores nonduality - not as a philosophical concept - but as a lived experience of freedom.

This is not another course on managing your thoughts.
It’s an invitation to see the true nature of thought - how it creates the sense of a separate “I” that must be constantly defended and improved, and how all our mental suffering comes from taking this identity as absolute truth.

Through four in-depth sessions, we will explore together:
✔️ The invisible conditioning that shapes how you experience everything.
✔️ The fleeting nature of thought and why it feels so convincing.
✔️ The identity of "I" -  and what lies beyond it.
✔️ The consciousness that is always here and the freedom of living from it.

Uncovering the Lens of Conditioning
Uncovering the Lens of Conditioning

Uncovering the Lens of Conditioning

In this first session, we explore the invisible lens of conditioning - the silent influence of culture, family, education, and past experiences on how we interpret life. From ideas about success and failure to what we believe is possible for ourselves – these unseen influences shape our thoughts, decisions, and emotions. Yet, we rarely pause to question them.

Key Takeaway:

When you start to see how deeply past generations have shaped your perception of life, something shifts. You recognize what has been unconsciously driving your thoughts and decisions. This awareness is the first step from automatic reactions to conscious living - bringing more clarity, ease, and freedom.  It’s not about fixing or rejecting anything, but seeing more clearly. And in that seeing, freedom naturally appears.

The Nature of Thought: What's Real and What's Not

Thoughts come and go endlessly. They weave stories, stir feelings, and colour how we experience life.  But have you ever stopped to look at what a thought is?  Here we explore the nature of thought - how it arises, why it feels so convincing, and what happens when we stop taking it as truth.

Key Takeaway:

By seeing thought for what it truly is – fleeting and constantly changing – we begin to understand what draws us into stress and confusion, and what allows us to return to clarity and ease. When we no longer take every thought as absolute truth, stress softens, relationships feel lighter, and a deeper sense of well-being naturally emerges.

Beyond the Identity of 'Me'

Here we look at the sense of “I” - the one that feels personal, reacts to challenges, and is always measuring its worth. It can seem like the very core of who we are. But what if this ‘self’ isn’t as fixed as it appears? As we begin to notice its fluid nature, a sense of ease naturally arises. The pressure to constantly defend or improve “me” starts to soften, making space for something quieter, yet deeply familiar. This session isn’t about losing yourself. It’s about discovering the presence and clarity that has always been here - beyond the noise of thought.

Key Takeaway:

Much of our shame and self-judgment come from the belief in a separate ‘me’ - a fixed identity that is in full control of our choices and actions. But as we begin to see how this sense of self is shaped by thought and conditioning rather than something solid, these heavy feelings start to soften. This realization doesn’t just bring relief - it allows us to engage with others more openly, with greater compassion and understanding. Responsibility deepens - not because we blame ourselves less, but because we understand more.

The Freedom of Awareness & Allowing

In our final session, we bring it all together - exploring how simple awareness transforms how we meet thoughts, emotions, and everyday life.  You begin to see that awareness doesn’t belong to the moment - it’s what holds every moment, unchanged.
From there, life starts to move with more ease.
You respond rather than react.
You stop needing things to be different in order to feel okay.

Key Takeaway:

Awareness isn’t something you create; it’s what you are.  When experiences are allowed to come and go without resistance, clarity and lightness return naturally.  The struggle to manage or improve fades, and a quiet freedom remains - steady, uncomplicated, and present in everything you do.

What Shifts

The shift rarely arrives with fireworks.
I
t shows up in the small things - in conversations, in meetings, in how we meet one another.

Less Overthinking

As you begin to see the fleeting nature of thought, the loops of worry and self-criticism start to lose their pull.

The mind grows quieter - not through effort, but because you no longer believe every story it tells.

More Authentic Relationships

When the pressure to defend a “self” softens, presence deepens.
You listen without waiting to respond.
You stop taking things so personally.
Connection feels lighter, more natural - more real.

Freedom from Shame and Self-Criticism

Shame is a misunderstanding - an innocent confusion learned early in life. When it’s seen clearly, both shame and self-criticism start to lose their hold, and compassion naturally takes their place.

Lightness in Everyday Life

Life doesn’t suddenly become easy.
But it becomes simpler. What once felt overwhelming begins to feel manageable. Not because you’ve learned new tools, but because you’re no longer arguing with what is..

What People Are Saying

Real people. Real Change.

"Looking back on how I used to live and lead before we started working together, I see now that much of my behavior was shaped by unconscious beliefs and inner pressure. Today, my approach is more grounded, more aware. I feel a deeper inner calm and have learned to lead from a place of clarity rather than control. That shift has changed how I make decisions, how I relate to others - and how I relate to myself."

Sandra G.
Marketing Manager Scandinavia & Baltics for a global IT company

"Imagine that something that sounds so simple and obvious can be so difficult. With Suzanne’s gentle, yet purposeful coaching, I have gone through a powerful and inspiring inner journey. I discovered an important piece of the puzzle that I had not even realized was missing. Once the penny dropped, the tears came. The insight was so strong and deep that it has changed me and my attitude to life in general."

I spent much of my life as a high performer - always striving to meet expectations and measuring my worth by how well I did. I am still a high performer, but the way I show up today is completely different. It's no longer about "me" - it's about the work itself.

I have always cared deeply about doing a great job. But before I came to this understanding I cared even more about how I was perceived - what others thought of me.

And so, like so many others, I spent a lot of time and energy trying to be what I thought was expected of me: responsible, independent, happy, giving, kind, professional, composed, competent. Always with an underlying sense of not quite being 'enough' - even though I was doing everything "right." It was exhausting.

And beneath the surface, fear and insecurity held me back. I didn't always share what I had to give - and often held back things that could have made a real difference.

I tried everything to become "better." Methods. Models. Mindset training. But nothing touched that which went much deeper. It wasn’t until I saw thought for what it is, instead of what I believed it meant about me - that everything shifted.

Turns out that what I had once believed was my unique personal problem was something that so many also carry - in silence.

Today, I support people in seeing exactly that: What's actually shaping the way we live, are in relationship with others and relate - beyond role-play, strategies, and performance.

This is not a method I teach. And it's not a new mindset. It's seeing through that which keeps us stuck - and that changes everything.

I'm a certified coach (PCC, ICF) and have worked with leadership, self-awareness, and team development for over ten years - in Sweden and internationally.

But what truly makes the difference isn't my credentials.

It's that I know what it feels like to have tried everything and still feel like something's missing.

And today, I can hold for others what's truly needed: A space where the old can fall away - and something new can arise, right where we meet - in the space between us.

I hope you'll join me on this course.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.Do I need any prior experience with coaching, meditation, or nonduality?

Not at all. This course is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply — whether you’ve explored these ideas before or not. All that’s required is curiosity and a willingness to look in a new direction.

2. What happens if I can’t attend a live session?

Every session is recorded and uploaded for you to revisit at any time. Many participants like to watch again afterward — the insights often land even more clearly the second time.

3. Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither - and both, in a way. It’s not therapy in the sense of analysing the past, and it’s not coaching in the sense of setting goals. It’s a guided exploration into how your experience is created in the moment - and what happens when the noise of thought quiets down.

4. How much time should I set aside each week?

The live sessions are 90 minutes, and the guided exercises take about 5–15 minutes a few times a week. Beyond that, you’ll simply notice the understanding starting to weave itself into daily life — no extra “homework” required.

5. What if I decide the course isn’t for me?

There are no refunds, but if you feel after the first session that it’s not the right fit, you’re welcome to exchange the remaining course for a 60-minute personal coaching session instead.
That way, you still receive something meaningful and complete.
