Four weeks to see what’s always been here

The Conscious Living Course

Less Noise. More Presence.

The freedom you’ve been chasing begins when you stop looking for it.

Live via Zoom
Wednesdays · January 7th – January 28th 2026
20:00-21:30 CET  ·  19:00-20:30 BST  ·
2:00-3:30 PM EST

You look strong, but inside it feels different.

You have a life that looks good from the outside. Education, career, maybe a family. You manage what is expected of you - and you hold everything together.

But inside, there's another reality.
Self-doubt that never quite lets go.
Comparisons that make you question yourself.
A feeling that something is missing, even when everything should feel good.

You hide it well. You've learned to play the game, to look okay for others. But it’s exhausting to always have to keep up appearances. No one would guess how hard it is to keep that mask in place.

And even when you tell yourself to think differently, the same thoughts keep circling back - but louder, tighter and even more convincing.

You don't identify as someone with "mental health problems" but you feel restless, anxious, dissatisfied. You overthink. You take things personally.

And despite all the courses, all the books, all the attempts to get better - that feeling of something missing never really goes away.

The 3 a.m. Worry

When the world is quiet, your mind isn’t. Thoughts keep circling - replaying, predicting, questioning. You tell yourself to sleep, but the noise has other plans.

The Calm Facade

You smile, nod, keep things running.
On the surface, it looks effortless. Inside, it’s a balancing act no one can see.

The Comparison Trap

You know better - yet your scrolling, the meeting, your friend’s success stirs that well-known ache of “never enough.” No matter how much you achieve, it just never fully settles.

The Uncertain Future

Even on good days, there’s a tension underneath -
a slight feeling of anxiety about what’s next, as if happiness depends on everything going 'right'.

What if the problem isn't you?

What if what you're looking for isn't more coping strategies.
What if it's not more tools to manage anxiety, doubt, worry.
But the freedom from having to manage them at all?

What if that quiet feeling of “something missing” comes from beliefs you never actually chose by yourself - but are ideas about who you should be, passed down and picked up along the way?

What if everything you've struggled against; self-doubt, worry, the feeling of not being enough doesn't come from something being wrong with you, but from something so much simpler?

And what if, when you begin to truly see that - life starts to shift all by itself? Effortlessly.

You've probably done so many courses...

How this course is different.

You’re not adding more
- you’re taking away.

Most courses give you tools, models, and techniques to improve yourself.
This course shows you what happens when you stop trying to fix what was never broken. It’s not self-improvement - it’s self-seeing.
When you see how thought and conditioning create pressure and striving, effort naturally drops.

You’re not being given answers
- you’re discovering your own authority.

Most programs still position the teacher as the expert. Here, you become the authority on your own experience.
There’s no belief system to adopt.
No mindset to maintain.
Just a quiet returning to the intelligence that’s always been here.

You’re not learning theories about the brain
- you’re seeing how experience actually works.

This isn’t about hormones or neural circuits. It’s about seeing - directly - how thought creates experience, moment by moment.

Direct Experience,
Not Theory

Transformation doesn’t come from learning about reality - but from seeing it directly.

You won’t leave with theories to explain your mind. You’ll leave with a felt understanding of what thought is, how conditioning works,
and what remains when the idea of a separate self grows quiet.

The shift isn’t conceptual - it’s experiential.
It’s the difference between reading about water - and feeling it on your skin.

Four Weeks - Four Areas

If you’ve joined one of my Less Noise, More Presence webinars, you’ve already had a glimpse of what happens when thought slows down - when there’s just clarity, ease, and a sense of “everything being okay.”

This four-week course is a chance to stay there a little longer. To see, through direct experience, what’s really driving the noise - and what remains when it’s gone.

We’ll explore the foundations of what I call Conscious Living & Leading - the deeper understanding behind all genuine change: how conditioning shapes perception, how thought creates experience, and how the sense of a separate self keeps us striving for what we already are.

It’s not a course about being present.
I
t’s a course that lets presence reveal itself.

You don’t need to prepare, fix yourself, or believe anything new. You only need curiosity - and a willingness to see what’s always been here.

Uncovering the Lens of Conditioning
Uncovering the Lens of Conditioning

Week 1 - Conditioning: The Stories That Shape Us

See how early conditioning and cultural expectations quietly create our sense of “who I should be.” We’ll explore how these invisible patterns drive stress, comparison, and performance - and how seeing them clearly begins to dissolve their power.

Week 2 - The Nature of Thought

Thoughts are convincing - but they’re not reality.
We’ll look at how thoughts create our experience moment by moment, and how the simple act of noticing thought changes everything.

Week 3 - The Separate Self

Behind every fear and striving sits one assumption: there is a “me” that must succeed, belong, or be safe.
Together, we’ll start to explore this “me” gently - and discover what remains when it’s not being defended.

Week 4 - Awareness: The Space Between Thoughts

What if peace has never been missing - only overlooked?
In our final session, we turn toward the still awareness that has been present all along, beneath every thought, emotion, and experience.

Follow-up Group Call 4 weeks after final session for those who want to.

Between Sessions

You’ll receive eight simple practices from The Space Between Thoughts course - easy reminders that help you notice, in daily life, what we explore together. They’re not tasks to complete but invitations to return to what’s already here.

What Shifts

The shift rarely arrives with fireworks.
I
t shows up in the small things - in conversations, in meetings, in how we meet one another.

As the mind quiets, overthinking softens.
Relationships feel more natural.
Shame and self-criticism lose their hold.
Life doesn’t suddenly become easy - it just stops being such hard work.

What People Are Saying

Real people. Real Change.

“Looking back on how I used to live and lead before we started working together, I see now that much of my behavior was shaped by unconscious beliefs and inner pressure. Today, my approach is more grounded, more aware. I feel a deeper inner calm and have learned to lead from a place of clarity rather than control.”

Sandra G.
Marketing Manager Scandinavia & Baltics for a global IT company

“Imagine that something that sounds so simple can be so life-changing. Suzanne’s gentle, yet purposeful guidance helped me uncover something I didn’t even know was missing. Once I saw it, it changed everything.”

Karin Ericsson
Advertising

“Suzanne conveys this challenging subject in a clear, compassionate way. She is incredibly generous with her time and insight. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a calmer, more peaceful way to relate to their thoughts.”

Between sessions, you’ll receive eight simple practices that help you reconnect to the quiet awareness underneath all the noise.

A Note on Value

This isn’t another “how-to” program.

- not by fixing anything, but by seeing through what was never broken.

That shift is priceless.
But every transformation begins with one simple agreement: to show up.

I spent much of my life as a high performer - always striving to meet expectations and measuring my worth by how well I did. I am still a high performer, but the way I show up today is completely different. It's no longer about "me" - it's about the work itself.

I have always cared deeply about doing a great job. But before I came to this understanding I cared even more about how I was perceived - what others thought of me.

And so, like so many others, I spent a lot of time and energy trying to be what I thought was expected of me: responsible, independent, happy, giving, kind, professional, composed, competent. Always with an underlying sense of not quite being 'enough' - even though I was doing everything "right." It was exhausting.

And beneath the surface, fear and insecurity held me back. I didn't always share what I had to give - and often held back things that could have made a real difference.

I tried everything to become "better." Methods. Models. Mindset training. But nothing touched that which went much deeper. It wasn’t until I saw thought for what it is, instead of what I believed it meant about me - that everything shifted.

Turns out that what I had once believed was my unique personal problem was something that so many also carry - in silence.

Today, I support people in seeing exactly that: What's actually shaping the way we live, are in relationship with others and relate - beyond role-play, strategies, and performance.

This is not a method I teach. And it's not a new mindset. It's seeing through that which keeps us stuck - and that changes everything.

I'm a certified coach (PCC, ICF) and have worked with leadership, self-awareness, and team development for over ten years - in Sweden and internationally.

But what truly makes the difference isn't my credentials.

It's that I know what it feels like to have tried everything and still feel like something's missing.

And today, I can hold for others what's truly needed: A space where the old can fall away - and something new can arise, right where we meet - in the space between us.

I hope you'll join me on this course.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.Do I need any prior experience with coaching, meditation, or nonduality?

Not at all. This course is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply — whether you’ve explored these ideas before or not. All that’s required is curiosity and a willingness to look in a new direction.

2. What happens if I can’t attend a live session?

Every session is recorded and uploaded for you to revisit at any time. Many participants like to watch again afterward — the insights often land even more clearly the second time.

3. Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither - and both, in a way. It’s not therapy in the sense of analysing the past, and it’s not coaching in the sense of setting goals. It’s a guided exploration into how your experience is created in the moment - and what happens when the noise of thought quiets down.

4. How much time should I set aside each week?

The live sessions are 90 minutes, and the guided exercises take about 5–15 minutes a few times a week. Beyond that, you’ll simply notice the understanding starting to weave itself into daily life — no extra “homework” required.

5. What if I decide the course isn’t for me?

There are no refunds, but if you feel after the first session that it’s not the right fit, you’re welcome to exchange the remaining course for a 60-minute personal coaching session instead.
That way, you still receive something meaningful and complete.
