An individual leadership program about psychological safety - but this one is not for your team, it's for you.

Most organisations invest heavily in psychological safety. We spend a great deal of time talking about how leaders create psychological safety for other people. How to invite honesty, respond to feedback, encourage disagreement and make it safe to speak up. And all of that matters, of course. But still, in the moments that matter, it doesn't always hold. People still hesitate. They still hold back. They second-guess themselves - even in environments designed to feel safe.
But there is one person in the room we rarely talk about: the leader. What happens in them when someone disagrees, questions their decision, is disappointed in them - or when they simply don’t know the answer?
INNER SAFETY is a 16-week individual leadership program that explores psychological safety from the very human side. Not as another set of behaviours to master, but as an opportunity to look more closely at our own experience - at thought, conditioning, identity and what makes ordinary moments of leadership suddenly feel so personal.
Because, at the end of the day, you cannot create in others what you haven't found in yourself.

Suzanne Lång
I work with leaders who want to walk the talk - and experience the safety they're asking their employees to feel. My work begins with a simple question: what happens when you don't feel that safety yourself - when leadership suddenly feels difficult and very personal?
