It can feel like something is missing. Not in your life - but in you.
You do everything “right” - you show up, stay strong, do the work…
From the outside, it looks like you have it all in place - career, family, friends. And on the surface, that’s true. But inside, it's different story. There is a steady, persistent doubt that keeps coming back - a feeling like you’re not quite enough - and no matter what you achieve or how much inner work you do, it never really goes away.
I know that feeling so well. I lived there for years.
Trying to look confident and calm while secretly wondering (and worrying) why everyone else seemed to understand how life was supposed to be lived so much better than I did.
These days those thoughts can still appear, but they don’t trouble me anymore.
When you see what they are, they stop running the show.
This isn’t about pretending life is easy.
It’s about discovering the stillness that’s here - even when life is hard.
From that insight, life feels lighter.
Not because the world changes, but because you stop fighting every thought about who you should be.
That heaviness you feel isn’t who you are - it’s the roles, expectations, and old stories you’ve been carrying for years.
The stories that say you need to prove your worth, stay strong, have it all together, look happy, be positive - or else...
But 'or else' what?
We never quite finish that sentence, do we? We just keep trying harder.
When you begin to see those thoughts and patterns for what they are, something subtle but profound starts to shift.
The effortbegins to fall away.
And in its place, you start to notice what was here all along - a stability that doesn’t rely on anyone’s approval, the relief of being simply human, the freedom of not needing all the answers, and the connection that comes when you stop trying so hard.
Not because life suddenly becomes simple, but because you stop fighting yourself.

Because underneath it all, I still had that same feeling - I felt the pressure to perform, I constantly self-monitored on how I did, usually coming to the conclusion that I could have done better - always the sense of not quite being enough.
I tried so many ways to become “better” - methods, models, courses, books and all different kinds of perspectives. I tried to understand it, fix it and work on it. But nothing really changed.
The shift only came when it became clear where that inner pressure was actually coming from. Not from what was happening around me, but from a constant feeling that I myself was at stake. That I needed to get it right, be seen the right way, and hold everything together - without even really knowing what “right” meant.
But when that became visible - when I could actually see what it was - so much shifted. And what I had taken to be a personal problem turned out to be something most people live with - without ever questioning it.
Today, my work is simple.
I meet you in a conversation where we look at what’s actually going on - beneath the pressure, the thinking, and the sense of needing to manage yourself. Where nothing is added, just seen for what it is - and isn't.
When that becomes clear, the way you experience your work, your relationships, and yourself begins to change..
I’ve worked with leadership and team development both in Sweden and internationally and I’m a certified coach (PCC, ICF).
But what truly makes a difference is not my credentials - it’s that I know what it’s like to have tried everything and still feel that something is missing.
Warm regards,
Suzanne

All from thoughts and sensations that simply arise in the moment - both seeming to confirm each other's validity.
Maybe you didn’t say anything at all in that meeting - and yet the conversation continues in your head long after it’s over. We can't let it go.
Thoughts arise, stories are created, and beliefs are formed. And when those stories and beliefs are taken as truth, life feels heavy, unfair and so overwhelming.
My work begins there.
Not by trying to change your thinking, or by giving you tools to “make yourself better.” But by exploring something much simpler, but very profound together:
What actually are thoughts and feelings? Not scientifically, but experientially. And what happens when you stop taking every thought as true?
This is not about positive thinking or changing your mindset. It’s an invitation for you to see the very nature of thought - to observe the mind's capacity and to see what can unfold when you do.
The difference is subtle, but once it’s really seen, something shifts at a deeper level.
The world remains exactly as it is. But your experience of it is very different.
