This comprehensive four-session course and coaching program is designed and structured to introduce you to the essentials of non-duality, blending theory with real-life applications, direct experience exercises, and personalized coaching.
Before you have to make any decisions, we will have an initial 45-60 minute connection call, completely free of charge. Here, we’ll get to know each other a little, we'll talk about you, your challenges and expectations and I'll tell you more about the program and what you can (and cannot) expect and answer any questions you might have. From there you can take the time you need to decide if you would like to proceed or not. No pressure. If you decide it is not for you, I fully understand.
If you do, however, decide to embark on this transformative journey together, I welcome you wholeheartedly and we will continue with four 90-minute sessions, scheduled at intervals that accommodate your pace. Each session is complemented with relevant materials provided in PDF format, which you can review and reflect on at your own leisure.
