Non-duality is the simple yet profound understanding that everything is interconnected- it's all one unified whole, including you. That could sound ”woo-woo” but it is both extremely pragmatic and enhances productivity and creativity more than any tool you will ever come across.
From the moment we are born, we are taught by our environment to see ourselves as separate and incomplete. This is reinforced by society, which pressures us to compare ourselves to others and constantly strive for self-improvement, making it easy to lose sight of our inherent wholeness.
As a result, we often feel like something is missing - a sense of peace, fulfillment, or connection - which most people then spend their entire lives trying to find in external things and other people.
This constant search for that "missing piece" keeps us in a perpetual cycle, constantly striving to find peace. PARADOXICALLY, it is this very search for peace that leads us instead to stress, worry, and anxiety.
But what if that sense of lack is just an illusion? What if you’re already whole, and the peace you seek is already here? This comprehensive 4 session course/coaching program is designed to help you rediscover that wholeness and completeness within, revealing the freedom and peace that naturally emerge from this realization.
Our work together isn’t just theoretical. We’ll engage in direct inquiry, testing these ideas against your own experience, peeling back the layers of thought and conditioning that keep you stuck in unfulfillment.
The result? A profound sense of freedom, clarity, and peace.
If you’re ready to let go of the struggle this program is for you.
Session Overview
Many of us believe that we see the world as it truly is, but what if our perception is merely a reflection of ingrained beliefs and values that aren't even our own? In this session, we open up to the possibility that the way we see the world is always a subjective experience. Our unique conditioning acts as an invisible lens through which we interpret everything. By becoming aware of this lens, we can begin to question and explore how the beliefs of previous generations and society shape our ideas of right and wrong, success and failure, happiness and suffering, and start the process of questioning the very foundation of our assumptions. The result is a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, leading to greater freedom and inner peace.
Session Breakdown
Theory: We'll define what conditioning is and discuss how societal norms and cultural expectations shape our personal beliefs and behaviors. We'll examine the interplay between collective and personal conditioning and its pervasive impact on our lives.
Real-life Applications: By examining specific instances from both personal and professional settings, we'll see how deeply conditioning influences our reactions and decisions, often causing unnecessary suffering.
Direct Experience: Through guided exercises, we will start to peel away layers of conditioned beliefs to touch the essence of our true nature. These experiences are vital for fostering a genuine understanding and embodiment of well-being.
Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
By recognizing how deeply past generations have conditioned our perception of life, you can begin to see yourself and your motivations more clearly. This awareness is the first step toward making conscious choices rather than being driven by unconscious patterns.
Session Overview
The "nature" of something refers to its fundamental characteristics, traits, or inherent attributes, encompassing its behavior, functions, and properties. Understanding the nature of something often involves asking questions like "What is it?", "What does it do?", and "What are its essential qualities?".
We all know that we think, but we rarely question our thinking; instead, we view it as something real that we can control and manipulate at will. Because it feels so real and compelling and we have never been taught otherwise, we readily believe every thought that pops into our head, mistaking it for truth.
These thoughts, in turn, influence our emotions and shape how we feel in any given moment. This unquestioned acceptance of thoughts and their impact on our emotions is the root of our suffering. By learning to question our automatic belief in and acceptance of thoughts as true, we can begin to reduce our suffering and gain a clearer understanding of how our thought patterns actually work - and how they govern our emotions.
Session Breakdown
Theory: We'll take a look into the transient and deceptive nature of thoughts, illustrating how they are not solid or enduring entities, but fleeting and shape-shifting phenomena.
Real-life Applications: We will explore practical scenarios demonstrating how thoughts impact decision-making, communication, and emotional states like anxiety and stress.
Direct Experience: Participants will engage in exercises designed to observe their thoughts in real time, fostering a direct understanding of how thoughts arise and dissolve, and their lack of and objective or inherent truth.
Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic.
KEY TAKEAWAY:
We will begin to see what it is that propels us into states of confusion such as stress and anxiety while also discovering what brings us back to a state of clarity and sanity (ie. mental peace).
Understanding the nature of thought and conditioning reduces stress, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.
Session Overview
In this session, we start questioning this "self" that dictates so much of our lives - from the smallest decisions to our biggest fears. We'll uncover how this sense of self, which feels so real and critical to our identity, is not an essential truth, but actually just a mental construct- an idea crafted in our minds with thought. While our natural impulse is to defend and protect this identity, we'll see how that struggle not only limits us, but is at the very core of our personal and relational struggles and deepest sufferings.
Questioning this central part of our identity may sound both frightening and unsettling, but the freedom it offers when glimpsed is nothing short of revolutionary. Gradually, you may begin to see yourself and the world around you in an entirely different light—more connected, more peaceful, and fundamentally whole.
Session Breakdown
Theory: We introduce concepts of the "I" or "self," and discuss the phenomena of No-doer and No-controller, challenging the notion that there's a distinct entity driving our thoughts and actions.
Real-life Applications: Through vivid, relatable examples, we'll identify how this concept of "I" appears in everyday situations, helping to demystify it.
Direct Experience: Exercises designed to experience the spaciousness of our true being— a boundless space where everything is accepted, and where the limitations of the "self" dissolve.
Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic
KEY TAKEAWAY:
Shame and blame often arise from our belief in a distinct 'me' who makes decisions and takes actions. As we explore how this 'separate self' is more of a mental construct than a true controller of our lives, we naturally start to let go of these heavy feelings. This insight doesn't just relieve personal guilt - it frees us to interact with others more openly and compassionately.
Realizing that our actions are often shaped by learned responses doesn't lessen our accountability; instead, it enriches our understanding of responsibility. This awareness doesn’t isolate us but connects us more deeply with the world, enhancing our capacity for empathy and our ability to engage meaningfully with others.
Session Overview
The final session in the series will tie together the concepts we've discussed. We will explore how all change begins with us, and everything outside of us is a reflection of this inner foundation. This understanding naturally creates a sense of peace, and when you are at peace, those you love, as well as those you work with, can also be at peace.
The awareness of the nature of thought brings us freedom—freedom from the past, from anxiety about a future we can never truly know, from inherited beliefs, and from the suffering that arises when we mistake thoughts for reality.
Session Breakdown
Theory: The importance of awareness in well-being and resilience
Real-life Applications : How simply being aware of awareness can transform daily life and work.
Direct Experience: Welcoming any experience into your experience and seeing that you are always ok.
Coaching: We end the session with you and focus on any concerns or situations you would like to bring up. This does not have to be related to the session's topic.
KEY TAKEAWAY:
Awareness of our conditioning is the key to liberation, allowing us to live a life that is free, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

From there you can take the time you need to decide if you would like to proceed or not. No pressure. If you decide it is not for you, I fully understand.
If you do, however, decide to embark on this transformative journey together, I welcome you wholeheartedly and we will continue with four 90-minute sessions, scheduled at intervals that accommodate your pace. Each session is complemented with relevant materials provided in PDF format, which you can review and reflect on at your own leisure. Our sessions will be conducted via Zoom, recorded, and uploaded to your personal portal for anytime access. This allows you to revisit our discussions and deepen your understanding whenever necessary.
I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore this enlightening yet sometimes challenging journey into the true nature of your well-being.
*The core themes of this four-session coaching program also form the foundation of my workshops and talks. This creates a sense of freedom both personally and in my work. It also provides a sense of calm to be able to accept that the situation is as it is right now. That clarity will come sooner or later.
The course's structure with multiple sessions provides a good context. It feels professional and educational for me as a participant. It's also beneficial to be able to listen to a section afterwards.
Suzanne conveys a great sense of competence, warmth, and kindness throughout the course.
The course has opened up and created a journey within myself. A personal journey in life with an unknown destination, and it feels exciting."

All the 'dramas' and beliefs that become more or less true depending on how we manage and believe in our thoughts and feelings about them. The most powerful key that resonated with me after the course is that there is nothing to defend and therefore nothing we deeply need to resist. Accept life as it actually is, not as we think it is.
Suzanne conveys this difficult subject in a very enthusiastic, clear, and effective way. She is truly passionate about the subject and about helping others. She has offered free coaching sessions and is incredibly generous with her knowledge, experience, availability, and deep goodwill towards us participants.
I highly recommend this course for anyone seeking tools to better and more peacefully manage their burdensome and challenging thoughts."
