Single Sessions

- 1 coaching session lasting 60-90 minutes.
- We meet via Zoom or in person. (Any travel expenses are not included.)
- Our conversations are recorded and uploaded to your personal portal for you to revisit at your convenience.
- A 15-minute follow-up call is included.
Coaching Package

- 4 coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
- We meet via Zoom. Our conversations are recorded and uploaded to your personal portal for you to revisit at your convenience.
- Additionally, there's an option for 2 phone calls, approximately 10 minutes each, as needed.
