During these days the team will have the opportunity to quiet their minds and experience how with a clear mind, new and unimagined potential emerges. They will also:

  • gain a better understanding of themselves and others
  • learn more about stress and how to navigate through life’s inevitable setbacks
  • gain new perspectives and develop social and emotional skills
  • gain access to self-confidence and the creative intelligence that is within us all
  • understand that there are no limitations to their own personal potential

The goal is for the group to leave with a renewed sense of commitment, increased well-being, and a boost in resiliency for both the individual and the group as a whole.

Making the Invisible Visible

A resilient culture is resourceful and one that can creatively respond to change, can handle both success as well as setbacks, challenges and failure and bounce back quickly. They can’t do that if they are stressed, insecure or fear-driven, as so many are in today’s fast-paced world.

This 2 day workshop is based on sharing a fundamental understanding of State of Mind and the direct impact it has on our ability to perform, feel connected, cooperate, influence and to communicate. We make the invisible visible and discover the crucial role our mind plays in every day life, and by doing so we gain access to new opportunities within us.

Day 1

Day 1 mixes theory with exercises, insight and reflection. It is a very different and slightly odd type of workshop and more powerful than anything you could imagine. 

Day 2

On day 2 it is time to see how days 1 plays out in practice. Working on your particular business case the team gets to experience how easy collaborating and problem-solving unfolds.

A group is made up of individuals – the potential of the group depends on the state of mind of the individuals.

When we have clarity, we have a clear mind free from contaminated thinking and fully present in the moment. The opposite of clarity is drama. When people work together in teams their state of mind in the moment has a great effect on creativity, productivity, efficiency and the level of cooperation in general. When each team member improves their state of mind individually, the whole group benefits collectively.
